Taihape old houses

So in my travels up and down the country I am forever passing these two old houses, one of which is run down and falling apart. 

I always wanted to shoot them, so after a holiday with the family managed to stop and grab a few shots from the side of the road.  I have done them in RAW and later changed them to black and white, except the last shot, I wanted the building in black and white while the grass and background is still in colour to give the house a dead look. 

Ironically while playing in Lightroom, I zoomed in and found the 2nd house with the falling roof has a trespass order beside the door!
